Dashboard Widgets

Overview

The Widgets Dashboard displays quick data snapshots.

Visibility

Any user will see a Widgets Dashboard that displays data based on their permissions and assigned Projects.

Each data table can be exported separately. Exported data displays results based on any filters applied.

To view downloaded items, select the Downloads link. 

Instructions

1. Select Dashboard
   
   
2. Two Widgets Display: Real Time and FCA Daily Log
   1. Note: Each Widget displays its own set of filters. After a Project has been selected, only related Companies will display, and vice versa. 

The Real Time Widget displays current on-site information.

    • Note: In See More Details view, use the Expand icon to the left of a Company Name to display worker information.
      

• • Trades
  • Note: Select See More Details to display additional information for each tile.
    

 

To Export this information, select a File Type, then select Export

 

The Daily Log Widget displays daily activities.

  • New Companies Enrolled
  • Total Trades
  • Total Headcount
  • Total Companies
  • Total Hours
  • Note: Select See More Details to display specific information for each tile.
    

When a single Project has been selected, the Project To Date button will display in the filters section. Select this button to display totals for each item over the selected Project duration. If this button is not selected, only the current day's data will display, unless other Date filters have been applied.

Use the Start Date and End Date filters to refine the data. 

Note: Only when a date range of 31 days or fewer has been selected, the data will display in the data tables and the data will be exportable.

Note: When a date range of more than 31 days has been selected, the See More Details link will no longer display. (Users would receive this data in an email report.)

 

To Export this information, select a File Type, then select Export

When a table includes an Expand option, the expanded data will not be exported unless the Include expanded data option has been selected.
