FCA Job Site Workforce Monitoring Summary and Reports

Key Functionality

The Workforce Monitoring feature of the FCA Job Site app enables employers and OSRs to track workers and companies on a project site. The summary dashboard provides a quick reference to activity on the project site by worker, trade, and company, while more detailed reports dive into specifics.

Overview

The Workforce Monitoring Report displays after the user logs in. Two sections provide summary and detailed worker information.

On-Site Summary Report

The top section of the main page displays the Summary Report of on-site worker details, including Companies, Trades, and Workers.

Workforce Monitoring Details

The middle section below the summary displays more detail.

Company Tab

The Company tab displays each company associated with the project, the headcount associated with each company, and the hours onsite. Users can use the search function to location a specific company by displaying only companies with activity on selected date or only companies that have workers currently onsite.

Each company name can be selected to display additional information. When a user selects a company, the page will display workers by name, and the time the worker checked in or out of the site.

To adjust the date being viewed, select the calendar icon, scroll to the desired date, then select Confirm.
