FCA Learning Management: Annual Course Renewal Guide

Overview

Occasionally, a project may necessitate the renewal of a Learning Management Course to maintain the validity of the current badge. The following process will guide workers through the steps needed to complete the renewal course in alignment with project requirements.

Instructions

Download or Open the FCA Worker App

Log into the Worker App using your login credentials created when you set up your profile. Your username will be your email or phone number used to receive your original invitation to the platform.

Click on the Certifications icon

Click on Courses

The course will show as 100% complete.

Click “View”.

To complete the course, click "Retake Course"

Once the course is complete, the system will automatically update the expiration date based on the project requirements.

If the renewal course if completed prior to the course expiration date, the badge will remain active.

 

If the renewal course is completed after the current course expiration date, the badge will automatically deactivate.  Once the course is complete, only a GC Client Admin or an FCA Admin can reactivate the badge.
