Overview
In cases where a Location has multiple entrances, the Location Codes feature enables FCA Staff to add any number of Codes to each Location on a Project. For example, where a jobsite has a Front entrance, an East entrance, and a West entrance, all of these Locations can display. This feature allows jobsites to track entry/exit at specific points of interest within a jobsite.
These Locations are visible on handheld devices in the Jobsite app that guards use to check people in. The guard can select that Location Code in the app and regardless of whether there is a turnstile or not, the guard can check in people anywhere.
Note: A Location Code may not be deleted but it can retired. For retired Codes, reports will display the value but will not allow new check-ins and check-outs to use that location code.
Visibility
Only FCA Admins or FCA Super Admins can create new Location Codes.
